Dear Acosta team members,
The Executive leadership team wishes to use this posting to inform you that the Annual Employee Review (AER) procedures have been modified for next year. First, they will have to be submitted prior to December 31st and manager approvals are due 2 weeks after that. Two new sections have been added for the evaluation of your job. One is called " Plan of attack ", where you can let us know how you plan to grow your skills next year and the other one is call "Help us to help you", where you can submit comments on areas where you think the organization needs improvement.
We are very proud of the work you have done this year, the company has growth thanks to everybody's effort. Please, do not miss the deadlines for the AERs and contact your managers with any questions or comments regarding evaluations. The executive team will also monitor any comments post to this blog entry.
