Reorganization details

Dear ACOSTA team members,

           As discussed during the last all hands meeting, as part of the incoming re-organization we will be starting to move people to their new positions on 2Q/15. An schematic of the new structure of the company is shown below.

            The timeline for the re-org is as follows:
            12/14: re-org announcement
            1/15: Managers assignments
            2/15-4/14: New hiring needs assesed
            6/15: New hires come in
            7/15: Re-org stablished
            12/15: transitional period finished


          Please, contact your managers or the HR department for any details pertaining the upcoming changes in the company. Keep in mind that this is not due to the economic environment or company issues. This re-structure is aimed to simplify the internal and external interactions of Acosta Enterprises.
